How do I connect my FPL account?

After signing up, go to your Dashboard and click "Connect FPL". You'll need your FPL Team ID. Here's how to find it:

  1. Visit fantasy.premierleague.com and login to your account.
  2. Click on the 'Pick Team' tab.
  3. Click on 'Gameweek history' in the 'Points/Rankings' section. On desktop this is at the top of the right-hand column. On mobile it can be found by scrolling past your team and fixture sections.
  4. Your Team ID can now be found by looking at the URL in the address bar. For example, in fantasy.premierleague.com/entry/123456/history the Team ID is 123456.

How do I connect Telegram or WhatsApp?

Go to Dashboard → Connect Messaging. For Telegram (recommended), link your account to receive push alerts and use pull commands. For WhatsApp, you can use pull commands by messaging our bot. Telegram is the primary channel with full push + pull support.

Can I change my reminder times?

Yes! Go to Dashboard → Reminders to customize when you receive deadline reminders. Free users can choose preset times (24h, 2h before deadline), while Pro users can set custom reminder times.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage your subscription at any time from Dashboard → Billing. Click "Manage Subscription" to access the customer portal where you can cancel, update payment methods, or view billing history.

I'm not receiving messages. What should I do?

For Telegram, ensure your account is linked in the Dashboard and that you haven't blocked our bot. For WhatsApp, check that your number is verified and that you haven't blocked our number. If issues persist, try disconnecting and reconnecting. Still having trouble? Email us at support@wassupfpl.com.
